Eating is good, in portions are generous and best of all they have groundless softdrinks. the room is comfortable, but it is a bit tormented and the environment noise can be loud and a bit disturbing additional sound-damping materials would probably help. the service staff is friendly and very attentive. I appreciate that they will inform them if their order is somewhat delayed.

This restaurant is located at the 2nd fl. of Festive Mall Megaworld, Iloilo. Their space is rather small so if you 're a party of 6 or more, I think it 's best to get a reservation unless you go there early and find that they have enough tables (around 5 6pm is a good time if you want to have dinner). I 'd recommend this place to families and barkadas. The meat dishes are well cooked and juicy, which is great for seniors and children. I would recommend their platter meals, although I 'm not so hot for their onion rings. Staff are quick, attentive, and polite. But I find it weird that they stand around and 'linger ' close to tables (kinda makes me feel uncomfortable).

Dined at Bigby's in their opening week. Over all experience is good. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly, the place has a good ambiance. Understandable that they are following a certain standard in their pricing so it may be a little higher compare to other food places but not too expensive.

Came here for Father’s Day last 2020 and the service was excellent. The burger that I ordered however was pretty dry. Nothing special about it.

We ordered via foodpanda. Their belly busters are good, probably good for 3-4 persons depending on the appetite. The manhattan burger is so-so, nothing special. We also tried their nacho bake but we didnt expect that there is no meat on the nachos, purely beans covered with cheese, so we were not satisfied with this. Overall, the price maybe a little expensive for iloilo price ? ...
