The gentleman that I believe was the Landlord was very helpfu... read more Called here on a visit to Ilkley at Lunchtime. It was a Saturday and the day of a big Rugby match. The gentleman that I believe was the Landlord was very helpful. He noticed us coming in with our son in a pushchair and helped and then interacted with him. He seemed like a lovely guy. Good food. Nothing amazing but good pub food. Drinks good. Nice atmosphere- what’s not to like? I’d come back if I was in the area.

Definitely set us up for the day. Finally the Landlord was incredibly helpful and very amusing. Perfect way to start a holiday. Many thanks

We usually skip dessert, but we decided to indulge this time, and it did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly, making it a great place to dine.
