I'd say it's the best time to see this place at night… You can view part of Iligan City with seawater around it. The place was quiet and solemn during my visit. It’s so nice, similar to Ultrawinds but the latter was way cooler. Saw designer bags here and a bar counter, so I assume the place is best at night.. View all feedback.
