Locally known as Hardin Grill, this restaurant is one of the favorites in the City of Ilagan. Their signature dish, the famous Crispy Pata, is an absolute must-try. Whether you're visiting Ilagan for the first time or returning after a long time away, I highly recommend stopping by. One of my personal favorites is their chicken—it’s juicy, packed with flavorful spices, and has a wonderful citrus zing. And of course, the Crispy Pata is a centerpiece; it's cooked to perfection and nearly falls off the bone. The restaurant also features live acoustic music every night, creating a wonderful atmosphere for friends to gather. The menu is filled with tempting dishes, including pancit, lomi, shrimp, squid, sinigang, delicious mojos, kare-kare, maki, and many more. All these delicious offerings are perfect for sharing, with generous portions that comfortably serve 4 to 6 people. Additionally, Hardin offers catering services for those who want to enjoy their fantastic food at special events.
