I dined at this restaurant with a friend and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I ordered the soybean sprout bibimbap from the set menu, while my friend had a delicious potato soup (although we can't recall the exact names). I was particularly impressed with the potato soup and would definitely order it again on my next visit. It's worth noting that this restaurant does not cater to those looking for a Western-style experience with English menus and English-speaking staff. However, if you appreciate traditional Korean cuisine and ambiance, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover this charming little restaurant in Yiksan. My friends from Wonkwang University took us out for dinner, not realizing it was a completely vegetarian establishment until we inquired about the menu. The restaurant is simply named "Traditional Restaurant" and is housed in a newly built Hanok-style building with a cozy atmosphere and traditional seating. The portions may not be large, but each dish is carefully prepared and offers a unique aroma not commonly found in Korean restaurants. The value for the quality of food is exceptional, with dishes that would cost much more in Seoul. Overall, a delightful dining experience that I highly recommend.
I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this charming little restaurant in Yiksan. My friends from Wonkwang University took us out for dinner, unaware that it was a completely vegetarian establishment until we inquired about the menu options. The restaurant is simply named "Traditional Restaurant" and is housed in a newly built Hanok-style building, adorned with plenty of wood and traditional Korean seating. While the portions were not particularly large, each dish was meticulously prepared and provided unique flavors not commonly found in other Korean restaurants. The value for the price was exceptional - it's unlikely we would have found such quality for W10,000 in Seoul.
