The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. Only one person is responsible for attending to customers on two lines, resulting in long wait times. This level of service is unprofessional, to say the least.
There are so many great choices here. This is one of the top spots in Lagos for delicious food at a reasonable price, without leaving you feeling bloated. Also, they have the cleanest restroom I've ever seen! I will definitely be coming back here again.
Absolutely authentic, clean enviroment, qiuck service and polite staff. They however need to inform their customer about the ordering of food upstairs rather than having to wait in a long line for about 10 mins.
Came here for lunch with some colleagues. First time and didn't know where we were going so no expectations. Walked in and joined the queue, as we were waiting this charming woman came and greeted us ever so warmly and advised that we could go upstairs same array of food..We did, got our food (I had pounded yam, goat meat and cow leg) all excellent. Meat was soft and not a challenge to eat. Facility was very clean, even the toilets!!!! Fantastic place. Heard they have a Surulere branch. Will certainly visit! Well done!
