Original 取引先に向かう途中の昼食。その場所からあんまり遠くないところ…をグーグルで探した時に出てきたラーメン屋さんです。 大きな道沿いには看板があるだけで、お店はちょっと奥まったところにあるので「意識してなければ素通りしてたかもな～」と感じました。 ラーメンメニューのほかにご飯もののメニューも結構あり、シソ餃子なんて言う魅力的なメニューもあったのですが、お仕事の為我慢して「ラーメンセット 半チャーハン付き ・塩ラーメン」をいただきました。 中太のモチモチとした麺に絡むあっさりトンコツのスープに、揚げネギのアクセントが効いて「うまい！」です。黄身が半熟になった味付け卵としっかりたれに付け込んだチャーシューもスープの強さにピッタリでした。 チャーハンは、野菜とチャーシューの味がしっかりとしたモチモチご飯で個人的には好みであります。 ひとつ心残りがあるとすれば 餃子以外で 、塩ラーメンをお願いした時に「鶏スープと豚骨スープはどっち？」を聞かれた…という事は、鶏スープも味わう必要がある、であります。 なかなかいく事の少ないエリアではあるのですが。近くに行くことがあればまた立ち寄りたいお店が増えました。
