After having lunch ... Very quick service and nice food. Nice stay and I’ll sure stop by next time I drive by...
We called a few days ago, found it by travelling round and came upon a cross roads with this restaurant situated on the junction of C37 and B2121. The reception from the very smart young man was excellent. The menu was as one would expect for menu of the day, quite small, but an excellent variety to cater for any palate. The wine was one of the best white we have had in Spain, Penedes region one would expect good wines, but not really to this standard as a house wine well done Miralles! The food was cooked to order and presentation excellent. I had salad and entremeses as a starter with grilled sardines for the secundo. Brilliant, the fish was scalding hot having just been taken from the grill. My wife had macaroni with a cheese sauce as primundo and pork with home made and hot potato crisps. Bread and pudding were also includded in the price. I had the bread and butter type pudding, quite decadent and my wife had ice cream. Coffee finished the meal at a total of €26.20 for two of us. Strongly recommended.
Close from Petromiralles gasoline station, this place is more than a bar or so. 2 rooms, first is a bar where usual clients can have meal, the larger room in the back is the real restaurant, almost full every day ! We spend a few weeks close to this place each year, you can have a menu around 12 euros (first, second and dessert) during the week. Wednesday is Paella day, very nice and good one. The service is very fast and efficient, you can have a trip break here with good meals for very low prices ! Recommended (place know as 4 ways) since the place is on a big roundabout.
