While staying in Palm Desert , we enjoy going to The Red Kettle in Idyllwild Pine Cove in mountains) for either breakfast and/or lunch. Plenty of on street free parking. No limit on parking. It's 1:00 pm. , June 7th. I'm a local and this is the only time I've had a absolute terrible meal. Fish tasted bad, the fries were limp and the coleslaw worse ever. I threw everything out and won't be in anytime soon. VERY DISAPPOINTING View all feedback.

Down home comfort food busy place! Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families with kids
It used to be more family oriented. Just a little less food than the old days. Inflation hurts.
Such a good breakfast spot! Everyone was so nice and friendly!
