Charlies Co. Idre Fjaell - Idrefjaell

Please note: I check the caffe below. charlie is upstairs. beautiful cake, great chocolate and a few delicious sandwiches. a little expensive, but this is sweden and a ski area.

The first thing they encounter when entering is the stench of urin (and fair deturgent) from the toilets in the ground floor. this has been remarkable last year, but is now really bad every time we visit. once in the second set of doors. is only the more reasonable smell after the ski (old beer on teppich). on the positive side is the personal super friendly and eating is not bad for a ski area lunchtime. burger and riding is a solid option and bonus points for the good vegan ”gulasch”. I really hope that the renovation of the place for the next season, as good lunch restaurants are close to idre.

Inexpensive and cheap eating. not recommended. drive down to the city for better options. it's a mess. fried items with fat loads. but it's beautiful.

Most restaurants in Idre are very busy for lunch. Early lunch in the basement of Charlies (Actually a separate place called Gillestugan) is a good option.

With views over the Idre,s mountain Charlies offer you lunch or dinner, after ski. Familiar dishes from the mountain restaurants stereotypical menus.Sure you would like to be a little more surprised than hamburgers, pasta salads, gulasch etc.The atmosphere is however nice, even though it looks...a bit too much like a cafeteria
