Gonzalez Mexican American - Feedback

What Andrew Williams likes about Gonzalez Mexican American:
We stopped here on a road trip. The chips with refried beans and salsa are quite good. We got the fish tacos and the enchiladas. The fish tacos were amazing! Great flavor. The enchiladas were a little disappointing. Don't expect to get your food very fast. It's understandable since they just have one cook, and it was busy. But it did take a while. View all feedback. 3.5 total rating Food 5 Soooo delicious! Cooked to perfection and the meats were tender. Great unique flavors! We were there on a Saturday summer night an hour before closing and it was busy! So of course we didn't expect or receive fast service. Buyer beware: the menu had no prices on it and we didn't ask because we'd been here before and knew that they were reasonable, especially for the portion size. *However, our bill was MUCH HIGHER than we expected! This is the main reason for not giving a higher rating. Saving grace: the portions are HUGE!!! Ask for a to go box or share a plate or both! We 3 adult women shared 2 orders and had enough for a all 3 to enjoy a large lunch the next day :.
