Wendy's - Idaho Falls

The associates at this location were amazing. We were having issues with the ap and were trying to get an order in before they closed, but it just wouldn't work. So we figured we would call and see if they could squeeze us in before the restaurant closed. Bailey took our order and had so much prepped for us before we came to get it. They were all so kind and helpful. Amazing customer service!

Great food and crew. I just came by around 6:30 on a Saturday night. We had an easy time ordering, the staff had our food prepared and ready in roughly a minute of us pulling to the window. Looked clean and organized in there. Really happy to see how well this location is running, it's seen a lot of growth the last few years.

Update: This location has definitely changed. Staff is nice but today they were yelling and really loud. It made it difficult to have a conversion with the yelling going on. Because of that, I lowered my stars on this location. They now have a great new selection of salads. I love that you can order a half or full salad. Of course, you can never go wrong with a burger.

This is just for this location. I like them but the consistency of quality depends on the shift. There is absolutely an A, B and get mcdonald's team. Its like a box of chocolates....you never know which one you are going to get. I don't know what changed in the last months but the fries at this location are WAY over salted!!! They are so salty they are inedible. Ordered baconater fries 8 months ago and couldn't eat them because of the salt. I passed it off as just a one time thing. We ate here again 3 months ago. Fries were WAY to salty again! Last time a week ago. Fries still disgustingly salt! I don't know what to order? I guess order fries with No salt? Then have to wait in the embarrassing line as people behind me get their orders? I just don't know.

Always great, the new drive through has made things much faster. I used to never eat the fries at Wendy’s but ever since they changed them they are now something I look forward to. Try the new lemonades too they are all really good!
