Pizza Hut - Idaho Falls

Had a big order on the app before it opened. Half an hour after opening, all my pizzas were ready and they checked my order to make sure I have all the best offers available.

Absolutely love the PIZZA HUT on W. Broadway in idaho falls! always friendly and efficient! Food is always warm and always exactly what I ordered every time!

I want to give propen and a scream out of the crew who works tonite. I ordered an exporter. When I came to pick up, the manager let me know that my wings would take a little longer. Because of the unfortunate timing, they had just changed frying fat when my order came. I didn't want to wait, but decided to wait (really eaten wings). They delivered my wings. I got her home and they were great! Waiting is worth it. Great service and made me a slight inconvenience in the value of waiting.

Edit my previous review. We've ordered pizza huts since the two big messes. The first time everything was fast, fresh and just what we wanted and has been since. Very impressed by the improvement. Old review: I get my order right. Two times we ordered from this pizza hut and both times the items were completely forgotten or completely wrong.

The store was great. Finally got my pizza correct. But the new website and the changes you have made to crust toppings and to the app have me thinking about not returning. If ease and speed is the only concern over customer satisfaction then I rather eat some other place. And one more thing, instead of wasting things like the breadstick sauce, maybe include an option to not get the sauce.
