Pizza Hut - Idaho Falls

I absolutely love the Pizza Hut on W. Broadway in Idaho Falls! The staff is always friendly and efficient. The food is consistently warm and is always exactly what I ordered every time!

The manager at this location really shouldn’t be in that role. He was very rude and refused to share the specials with me, insisting that I check online instead. I understand that places can get busy, but providing good customer service is essential, no matter how hectic it is. To top it off, he referred to me as "bud." The entire interaction was quite frustrating!

The front dining area was quite dirty and uncomfortable to sit in, which I tried to overlook. However, both my son and I ended up with food poisoning after eating the pizza that night. I won’t be returning to this location because now I can’t help but wonder if the kitchen is just as unsanitary.

I want to give props and a shout out to the crew working tonite. I placed a carry-out order. When I arrived to pickup order, the manager let me know my wings were going to take a bit longer. Due to unfortunate timing, they had just changed fryer grease,when my order came in. I initially didn't want to wait, but decided to wait(really craving wings). They delivered my wingscurbside. Got them home and they were awesome! Def worth waiting. Great service and made a slight inconvenience to me well worththe wait.

I’ve always enjoyed dining at this place because it tends to be less crowded, except during the dinner rush. I was thrilled to discover that they now offer fries, which is a popular addition in Chicago. Alongside being a local business, Pizza Hut has introduced these tasty fries, and they’re fantastic! However, I did notice that the men's bathroom was quite dirty.
