Loved the queen suite with jacuzzi and bed was so comfortable amazingRooms: Was clean and comfortable

It's a good value considering that it is over priced Idaho Falls in season. Certainly better than motel 6 even if they have the light on for you.Very clean and good basic comfort. Its Next to it is Grandpa's BBQ. Its good. Try the Buttermilk Pie. Lots of folks really enjoy.There again. Very good place for less money. Beds as good as anywhere. Again very clean.

Super clean, super affordable, wanted to spend few hours of sleep, so didn't care much about a fancy place. But this place was super nice for the price, reception ppl were friendly. Hats off.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Horrible management and customer service. They are fraudulently charging my wife's card for a night that was cancelled weeks ahead of time. Management has refused to remedy the situation even with the third-party booking company's involvement. Will take all steps necessary to make sure the people who took part in this scam are dealt with legally. They must be in tough times financially and really need the money. Pretty sad.

We have stayed here many times previously but this time it has seemed to go way downhill. The whole place had a rancid smell that they seemed to try and disguise with other smells. It was putird! The walls were so thin we could hear the TV playing in the room beside us as if we were sitting in the same room. The TV itself was like 24 inches wide.The beds were so soft, I doubt there was any coils left in the mattress, it was just soft and lumpy. Previously we stayed in the rooms attached to the office, maybe that's why. We will not stay here again.
