What Tracey Hoeger doesn't like about Arctic Circle:
Horrible customer service. Went through the drive thru and ordered a shake and fries. Waited 15 minutes and no one even came to the window. A kid finally comes over and takes our payment, makes our shake, which was not up to par, and then said he?d grab our fries. We watched as he cleaned and did various takes and a manager finally came over and grabbed a bag that had been sitting at the window the entire time we wer... View all feedback. I have not had arctic circle in year's was very happy to see it. The food was good, and the service was great as well. The bathrooms were not very clean, and the window seals in the play area needed to be cleaned, but other wise a great experience. View all feedback.
