I decided to try the four-course set m... read more I recently discovered this hidden gem located just a short walk away from the B&B I was staying at (B&B Blauwkasteelhof). I decided to try the four-course set menu which included Crab, Red Snapper, Pheasant, and a deconstructed Apple Crumble for dessert. Each dish was beautifully presented and paired perfectly with a selection of wines. The Pheasant dish was a standout for me, as I have a particular fondness for game dishes. The crab starter provided a nice change of pace. The service, managed by a friendly hostess who spoke excellent English, was impeccable. Despite only being open for a few months, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

After trying the expertly crafted dishes by Chef Guy, you can tell that you are in for a treat. The youthful energy in the kitchen gives each dish a special touch. What more could you ask for on a plate? We will definitely be returning and recommend that everyone follow our lead! In a nutshell, an amazing experience!
