the server we had was really nice, but the food for a buffet were not great. they did not get much of a selection for a buffet especially for the price of $35 sad. I would recommend if this is your first time in the Columbia ice fields and they want to eat something, but would not recommend dining here daily. View all feedback. Quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever had. The food was beyond outstanding. The short rib was so tender that you didn’t need a knife. The flavours and attention to detail was unbelievable. The presentation was as beautiful as it was delicious. Go and experience this amazing cuisine before this chef moves on to New York or Paris.
