Excellent, surpassing even our best expectations. the 'tatar menu' formula is good, in its style and concept the level reached is a step above any other restaurant on the island. In his day we had the opportunity to go to the mythical bulli and the delights with local accent that we could try on the gaia do not stay behind. What is so much to say! the presentation of the different dishes, the photos we accompany - are just a part of the posidonia menu - speak for themselves. the treatment received by the staff made us feel the most comfortable at all times, performed the service with great professionalism, vocation and passion, probably the one that the chef oscar molina transmits to them. We are delighted to rediscover this chef, a classic house in the ibiza great hotel that nevertheless continues to evolve. bravo.
The spectacular landscape, which is going to present you and guide you gradually as we go through the menu, is something I had not enjoyed before; here, you will not only eat, you will live the food. the work behind each dish is noticed, the participation of the team is appreciated that, as nice and friendly as professional, will make you participate in a unique experience. this concept of kitchen, with everything that implies, seduces from beginning to end. fully recommended, is an adventure that you should not lose if ibiza visits.
A pleasure, an indescribable feeling. first raw material with exquisite results in elegant elaborations, is simply insurmountable. a superior staff that profiles a round and fun experience. as an additional observation would have to mention the work of the subsuppressor, the suggestion to pair is impeccable, they actually merge the notes and aromas of the broths with each dish, and this is not common at this level. summarize: taste, feeling and happiness.
Spectacular the posidonia menu, a 14-step meticulous menu where the flavors of the land and the ibiza sea are the protagonists. fantastic evolution of the chef oscar molina and his team. the human team at the height of the menu, maitre, somelier, waiters, barman, makes you enjoy the experience from the first minute.
A unique experience and all exquisite from beginning to end, the only thing seemed to me an ugly detail and a bad drip that the chef did not present himself upon arrival, as we saw that he did it with all the customers, in the area of snacks, nor did he pass through our table and the truth that seemed to me very ill tasteful. I want to highlight the professionalism of the waiters and super friendly, a 10 for them.
