You have a choice of menus, raw, cooked A la carte style. We had a raw and cooked selection between So fresh, great was to present different fish or same shell fish in different ways. The chef made sure the cooked items where not to greasy or to much batter if they came with any. The waiters are great and really explained the dishes when they arrived. We arrived here by chance and the good reviews and we arrived completely. We asked for a raw and cooked tasting and both were exquisite at a very successful price. very good recommendation to eat fish in ibiza.
