Wonderful. Went their with my city-slicker Chicago friend. Wonderful value. Very nice. Ribs and pulled pork were awesome. The hot BBQ sauce was perfect and not too sweet. Some say the pork can be a little dry, but for my taste it was perfect, not greasy and great sized sandwich for $7
We found Bubba's last week and we've already been back twice! We had to wait a bit as we were the fifth car in line, but it was well worth it. The younger one enjoyed a large brisket sandwich and potato salad, while my wife opted for the small pulled pork with potato salad. Everything was absolutely delicious! The drive from Bentonville was certainly worth it!
The exterior of Bubba's has a vibe that perfectly matches its name. Currently, they only offer drive-thru service, but it's absolutely worth the wait in line. The pulled pork, green beans, and windbreak are exceptional. While the sausages and mac and cheese are quite good, they aren't our top picks. We've made several trips from Northwest Arkansas, and the food has always been consistently outstanding. They truly know how to do BBQ!
