Everything about this place just feels like you are "back in the old days" in the bad way.Too bad for its location, in the heart of the Copou Park, as this could really be used as an advantage, i am sure more people would stop at least to have a nice coffee and a desert. We sat with our family and 2 small children on the terrace, waited good minutes for someone to give us the Meniu, later the waiter came with a very rude attitude and lack of respect for us that he is busy and we need to... more and he thinks we are arrogant and we need to wait more. Basically, we say he'll get us server if he wants. We went to another restaurant. You don't earn your money, bad and rude staff.
The largest restaurant in traditional cuisine. Very delicious dishes, beautiful Teresa and very good wine cars.
I don't know what people have to say about this place, but I went there for the first time this autumn, I was not very interested in the attitude as I was hungry, but the food was really good, including vegan dishes, no comments.

That's what we were looking for, but the empty terrace should have been a bad sign, as what we found was not pleasing. The menu had NO options for coffee, only an espresso and a cappuccino and both tasted cheap (though they were not). Service was below average, the young lady acting just too familiar not necessarily friendly. Deserts were acceptable, not delicious. Lemonade had no taste, totally bland. And the bonus we found out at the end: only cash is accepted.
We came with a group of friends. Indeed we were 11, but I don't think that that justifies the one and a half hour waiting time. So as one and a half hour "flew by" we got our expensive foods (expensive for a romanian student) and we were shocked by the size of the portion. We were starving and the food was not nearly enough for us. I guess this wasn't the best experience at all.
