It is a nice place in Palas Mall, nice mood and environment, a lot of tea variations, juice, coffee and dessert. The prices are average for those products, but high for tools. View all feedback.
The lemonade is a must here, they have several tea types, coffee, desert candy or salted. Perfect place for a visit with friends.
I'm sorry to write this bad criticism, I usually love this place for the taste of coffee, atmosphere and cosiness. This morning I needed a place to focus on my work and I chose CTS Corner Palas. There was no music that all heard conversations between bartenders on their loudest sound. I didn't want to give or ask a coffee any other details; Then I heard them talking about a less civil sound: what coffee she wants: latte, machiatto? Just, I think, "coffee"?! and so on, a bit ironic as I didn't place the order right. Then came a girl, familiar with the bartenders, and asked for some music.. Music was switched on (later to find it from their phone, as the restaurant 't had another source of music, so the unpleasant silence from the rest of time). Every time the music stopped, I could hear the girl loud and express her next preference. Later I asked about music, hoping that domestic conversations would be somehow covered. They said they don't have a phone to get music. I was surprised to hear that from a coffee restaurant with such a prestige. Overall a very unprofessional attitude, I would say, rudeness, loud talking (on the first place) and about customers present or not (on the second place). I didn't recognize the bartenders, so maybe they were new.

Amazing coffee, tea, lemonades and deserts. Very pleasant service. Very good quality coffee and original fruit combinations in the lemonades. Every visit is a nice treat.
