Augustin's Bar - Iagna

I came here with my cousins for dinner and a few drinks. The place is welcoming and the service is friendly. The burger was really tasty and a hefty size, signature fries were good too. Next time I hope to try the pizzas and the wings! Thanks Rosie & Earl for the hospitality, will be back next time I'm in town.

I had the spaghetti alla carbonara here and it was terrific. It wasn't American/Asian style with cream but rather closer to the original using just eggs, cheese, and bacon. The test pizzas were great so they should be on the menu soon.

Rosie really makes this bar a special place. The drinks are great, and his food is out of this world- incredible! He even opened in the morning to make us a special breakfast before we left. To top it off there's a cute puppy (Floki) and some kittens. This place is special- definitely don't miss it

Get down to Augustin's order yourself anything on the menu and some drinks and you will be in for a great evening! Incredibly friendly bar staff with a story to tell and excellent chips (fries!)!! Where else can you get home cured bacon in the Philippines? All the food we tried was excellent and there is an interesting list of cocktails to work your way through too! We had two wonderful evenings there and are excited to return!

Coming off the road down a small lane, Augustines bar may seem a little unassuming at first. But once you step into the main arena, see the passionate decor, admire the impressive drinks cabinet, and smell the mouthwatering food, you know you've come somewhere special.What can I say that hasn't been said already? The burger here is not just the best in the Philippines, but one of the best I've had in my whole life. The owner, Rosie, knows how to cook a damn good meal. He asked us what fish we both liked, went to the market the next day and cooked it fresh for us that evening. On top of this, Rosie is the most easy going, funny and attentive host you could hope for.As others have said, the music here is also great. It's refreshing to find a place that doesn't just blast the Top 40 singles from the last year. In fact, the whole atmosphere is so relaxed it feels like you're at your best friends barbecue.If you're in Bohol, go here. You're seriously regret it if you don't.
