Salonkiravintola Neilikka - Hyvinkaeae

The food at this restaurant is delicious and made with fresh ingredients from scratch. Some dishes melt in your mouth and the salads are unique. On the day of our visit, they had a soup inspired by a Myanmar dish called 'Ohn no khao swè' with Indian spices added. If it's available when you go, I highly recommend trying it. For dessert at the lunch buffet, they had homemade meringue, cake, and pie that were all delicious. I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant for its high-quality and flavorful food. The interior of the restaurant is also unique. The only drawback is that it is located far from where we live, so you will need a car to get there. (I will attach some pictures).

In conclusion, the dining experience was pleasant and I would recommend this restaurant to those looking for a rustic dining experience.
