When we left Hythe, we were looking for a place to have breakfast and decided on Twenty Four, drawn in by its glowing reviews and the availability of a vegan breakfast option. Although neither of us is vegan, one of us has a milk intolerance, so it’s nice to have a guarantee of no dairy. We were not disappointed. The staff warmly welcomed us, and we sat outside. What User doesn't like about Twenty Four:
the food was dry, unseasonally ran out of the milk for the coffee, which also luke warm was not hot two dishes were not available, so the menu very restrictive also plates were not hot so foods quickly cooled, although most went untouched it was a scandal, as it had previously received so good reviews, we would not go again, unless we could convince that it would be good View all feedback.
Beautiful breakfast with reasonable trips. I would recommend the eggs royale
We had the bubble and squeak, poached egg and bacon. This also was served with an unexpected field mushroom and a tomato. Very tasty.
Fantastic food, staff very helpful. Have been there many times.
I went with my 5 children and they were very accomodating. They put tables together for us and were welcoming and friendly. The food was great. Fresh ingredients, chunky bread and eggs poached to perfection. Already planning my next trip back.
With my man to dinner at 24. we ordered three courses and the whole food was amazing, full of taste and beautifully presented. the owner jemma and the chef jordon create a wonderful night. would recommend it.
