Costa Coffee - Hyndburn

I visited the journey through, was extremely busy, a snake moved slowly. I ordered festive drinks, orange hot chocolate and purple latte with soy. I received a regular hot chocolate (no orange) and a purple with regular milk and cream. the girl in the window apologized and said she would sort it out. I waited, got my drinks and drove away. Now, the orange hot chocolate fine but my purple soy-Latte was just a soy-Latte! no “pure” aromen. if it hadn't been for the friendly employee on the window, they wouldn't have the evaluation they have. lektion learned, I stay in the Burley shop

This well-run costa is a pleasant oasis in the city center. the personal is friendly and the business immaculate. when they are here in accrington

If they ever need to chew I can highly recommend to eat carrot cake and one-shot little americano it is simply the best

In accrington shop for a cola and a coffee called, was asked if I wanted to try a new special mix that tastes the coffee smoother and not so strongly, I agreed, then was said it would be extra. I had to. let go of a cup, just to make it drinkable, it was so strong that it was disgusting. with the extorted price of the coffee I was determined to drink it could not manage it. I will never visit this again, run away!

The worst I’ve been to, i work in Accrington and been here couple of times, queues are long and the staff cant handle the queues and very slow at serving, the card machine hasn’t been working all week and i dont want to have to...carry cash all time, flies on the cakes on display, disgusting. Says alot about Accrington!
