My friends and I recently ordered from your restaurant. As long-time residents of Rishton and Great Harwood, we are big fans of Big Bite and the nostalgic MCalis's. When we found out that the same owners owned the takeaway, we were excited to try it. I had previously bought a chicken wrap in store about a year ago, and I recommended it to my friends. When we looked online, we saw that the chicken wrap was priced at 7.00, without chips. Despite the high price, I assured my friends that the size and quality of the wrap was worth it and that we could even share it. However, when the food was delivered and eaten, we were disappointed to find that the chicken wrap was smaller and not the same quality as it was last year. It used to contain at least two to three chicken breasts and was incredibly satisfying. This time, the wrap was unsatisfactory and did not seem worth the 7.00 price tag. It seems like there may be some discrepancy in the ingredients or portion size. As people on a budget, a takeaway at the end of the week is a treat for us, so we were disappointed with our experience. We suggest reassessing the prices on your menu, as the food is good, but not worth the high price. Thank you and have a nice day.

The donner meat is also the cheapest skankiest imitation meat that has ever entered my mouth.... absolutley disgusting.
