What Alonzo Johnson doesn't like about Burger King:
The young lady at the drive-thru cashier seems to have a negative attitude, as if she is annoyed to be working the night shift. After taking your order, she rudely says, "WHAT ELSE?" instead of asking if that will be all. As someone who works in customer service, I believe this is not the proper way to respond to customers. The management should take the necessary steps to remind her of proper service etiquette. View all feedback.
They are so rude that I ask for a bun and I had a list, so I would know exactly what I wanted that they gave me a crispy bun I was not annoyed, but she was mad at me because I asked for another sanehich, then she owes me 5.98 and took 5$ out that I did not see but I did.

Terrible! he waited in the car for 45 minutes because there are only two people cooking, and the orders for dunes in, order to go and drive thru. worst experience!
The number doesn't work and we didnt receive an item in our bag. Even after asking the cashier to confirm if we had everything. Disappointing.
