The pupusas were filling and flavorful, loaded with cheese, beans, and tasty chicharrón. The nuegados had a crispy outside with a soft, cheesy yucca filling, and weren’t too greasy, which made them even better. Each order comes with seven nuegados. Pupuseria La Familiar offers a larger menu compared to other pupuserias in the area, so it’s definitely worth a visit. We’ll be returning for more delicious dishes.
