Subway - Hyannis

Best Subway locations I've been there for a while. Hardworking team of guys behind the counter. Sandwiches made perfect. Save immaculate and in stock. What else can you ask for?

I have left this subway and would like to thank Felipe for his wonderful and professional customer service! He had a non-compliant customer come that had no face mask on and when he was asked to put one on him, he was free and Felipe politely asked him to go. There are signs where in the store say that face masks are required and yet this customer refused and repeatedly asked him that subway policy or your personal policy I pray did not get in trouble, but independent Felipe was courteous with the customer who was not yet compliant and everything that happened he did not lose focus from me and I at this point was in the register. The customer eventually went, but all the time he had, he held it together and I think he deserves recognition for his great customer service!

I was surprised... though I just wanted to buy a $25 gift card and a free 6 in Sub gift card was given for it. Great.
