Jersey Mike's Subs - Hyannis

One star for the service. We requested our Roast Beef sandwich to be served hot, but it arrived with the bread and meat cold, which made it impossible for us to enjoy. We had to go back to our hotel just to microwave it. We understand that it was near closing time, but that doesn't excuse the poor quality of service. The staff seemed uninterested in serving us, which made our experience even worse. This was the most disappointing restaurant visit we've ever had.

I visited the Hyannis, MA location for the second time this week and ordered the regular tuna sub. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've encountered a problem with the tuna being excessively wet. When I took a bite, the liquid spilled everywhere and landed on my lap. Is it too much to ask for the canned tuna to be properly drained? Or is that some kind of watered-down mayo? Tuna subs should be moist, not soupy! I'm beginning to wonder if this is a standard practice at all your locations. Please address this issue, as I genuinely want to enjoy my meals here, but I won’t be returning if it means cleaning up a mess every time!

The service was friendly yet a bit exhausted. The bread, which I loved, paired wonderfully with the turkey and the toppings. The meal was fresh and delicious. I don't eat subs very often, but when I do, this place is an excellent choice.

We've been there twice, their subs are great, freshly made to order. they were fast and very polite. there the subways are fresher.

Got my order wrong and took 25 mins to make a call in order, waited 10 for them to make it when I got there in 15 minutes like they told me to. The sub was sloppily presented and made with no effort it seemed. First and last time trying Jersey Mikes, Disappointing.
