For being in a group of five, we were seated at a somewhat small table Olive Garden has large food portions, so why not larger tables? What jessica mincarelli doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian:
the waitress repeatedly forgot what we asked for told us we couldn't order something they serve because she didn't understand gave us the wrong meal charged for things we didn't receive awful chicken parm tasted like leather View all feedback.
Pastas slightly overcooked small salad option should be available. Good value.
We were at the table number 42. There’s the waitress that speaks RUSSIAN LANGUAGE. That was extremely amazing and pleasurable experience to be able to speak my native language! It sounded like the most wonderful music to my ears! I am surprised the management hasn’t promoted her yet or didn’t give her a raise for speaking RUSSIAN while nobody else around does! I give you all five starts Olive Garden but you gotta keep and try to hire more RUSSIAN SPEAKING PEOPLE.
My experience was disappointing. The receptionist was visibly irritated, and became even more so because our nephew came in and chose a table without her having reserved it for us, we apologized and explained that he is autistic, so he didn't know how to wait, but she didn't have the slightest bit of empathy , continued to be irritated by the situation and only attended to us after we had removed the child from the table. (Note that the restaurant was practically empty). Do you know what this embarrassment caused us? The boy no longer wanted to enter the restaurant, he and his mother had to leave, unable to enjoy our family time. We understand that the restaurant follows a pattern of waiting at reception for the table to be prepared, but it was an unexpected situation, and at the very least the restaurant needs to have prepared and empathetic people. Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants, I always get great service at the location near my city, but the one in Hyannis was terrible, and I never intend to return. There is nothing worse than poor service, if employees don't like working with the public, they need to look for another type of service.

I would definitely recommend getting the shrimp fritto misto (pictured above) as an appetizer kind of like ambient food, doesn 't fill you up that much and has a nice taste.
