Mcdonald's Kettevej Hvidovre

Everywhere it says they open at 08.00 now at 08.10 i Call them to ask why its not open yet and all I’m told is that they have some trouble and won’t open until 09.00 no further explanation. It bothers me that I had to call to figure it out.. With me waiting was another person and another was just waiting in their car in the drive through. There were/are people(staff) inside the McDonald and I find it preposterous that not one of them came out to tell us that we were waiting in vain.. Poor customer service!

Great service at the table! Close to the hospital.

I ordered via Just-Eat three times. First time they did not accept the order in 30 minutes and when I called they said they did not know when they will be able to accept the order since they were very busy. So I had to cancel the order. I thought it was because of Friday night so I ordered a second time the next week, this time on a Wednesday. I ordered at 16:30 setting up the delivery time to 17:30. The food arrived at 17:50, with a missing burger and missing drinks in the kids meal. Apparently it wasn't the friday night, it was lousy work. Third time I knew what to expect so I ordered 2 hours before the time I would like to receive and it arrived in 1 hour 40 minutes. At least this time there was no missing items. Edit: The last few times we did not have any problems so I added one more star :

They did stop with a breakfast menu. It's very sad.

Friendly staff. Nice and clean but very cold restaurant. Ordering is easy on one of their many self serve kiosks. Ordered through app though. Food was prepared quickly. Tasted fine but was a bit cold as the temperature inside the restaurant. They have an outside seating area but it basically it is in the parking area. Free Wi-Fi
