We ordered the Chicken Birria tacos, 'Bama white (chicken wings , Jalapeño Bacon Burger and Bahn Mi. They let us know our order would be ready in 25 minutes. I went with my toddler to pick up the food, but forgot to take my wallet (face palm . Ugh. I was so worried that I would have to drag my toddler back in the car and head home to get my wallet. Lucky for us, the lady was super nice and understanding. She offered different payment options. She sent me a payment link through text and I was able to pay her, phew!! Crisis adverted. Let 's talk about their food. The Chicken Birria tacos: had amazing good flavor in both the Chicken as well as the consommé. She doesn 't skimp on the Chicken In the Birria taco either. That 's a win. The 'Bama White chicken wings: Outstanding flavor. Different than the standard chicken wing flavors. Definitely mouthwatering. Bahn mi: packed with meat and veggies. Yummy! Definitely has a nice flavor to it. Love that they include spinach leaves. Jalapeño Bacon Burger: definitely better than fast food places! Bigger and packed with deliciousness. The bacon was crispy, the patty was full of flavor. She also included spinach leaves on it. The jalapeños definitely added a kick to it which I loved. Food was devoured within minutes among the two of us : . If you are in and around the Hutto area, definitely visit this gem of a food-truck behind Wag-a-bag. Always awesome to support small businesses.

I als... read more Now, back to this amazing food truck. When I arrived, I placed my order, and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Sure enough, it was right on time. I also messaged the business through Yelp, and the owner replied quickly. They’re located right behind a Wag and Bag Shell gas station, so you can grab drinks there if you want to eat on-site. I tried the birria chicken tacos, and they were absolutely delicious! Dipping the tacos in the sauce was heavenly. I also ordered the bahmi sandwich, and I have to say, it rivals one of my favorite pho places in Austin, TX. The flavors from the dressing, along with fresh cilantro, jalapeños, cucumbers, and carrots were incredible, and the bread was just perfect. Just thinking about it makes me want another one! LOL. My wife had the backyard burger, which she also enjoyed, but she loved the birria tacos even more. The burger was freshly made and tasted great!
