I was in Hutchinson for work temporarily and had a hard time finding vegan food options. When we informed the server that we were vegan, she went above and beyond to confirm with the manager that the dishes were vegan and made sure to leave out any non-vegan ingredients, such as aioli sauce toppings. Overall, the staff was accommodating and we had many menu choices to choose from.
