Food was ok as usual. Service was annoying, he kept saying he couldn't hear me. I have a quiet vehicle and I was speaking very loud and clear into the drive thru. I turned off my vehicle then he claimed he could hear me. Rude in my opinion. Also portion sizes have gotten way smaller especially for the prices. The food was decent, as expected. However, the service was frustrating; the attendant kept claiming he couldn't hear me. I was in a quiet vehicle, speaking loudly and clearly into the drive-thru, but when I turned off my engine, he said he could finally hear me. I found that quite rude. Additionally, I've noticed that portion sizes have decreased significantly, especially considering the prices. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 2.
This is the worst Taco John's location I've ever visited. Half of the food we received was inedible. It was obvious that it had been old and reheated multiple times, yet they served it regardless. I would rate the food a 1 and the service a 2.
My order was completely wrong. The chicken tacos were filled with beef, and the beef burrito was loaded with chicken. Considering what I received, it was definitely not worth the $35. I recommend looking for a better option. Food rating: 1 out of 5.
Service was super fast and friendly. Food was the worst I've ever had at a Taco John's. Oles were burned to a crisp and atleast an hour old. Cheddar taco had cold chicken and was severely over cooked to a disgusting crisp that tasted like 2 day old oil. 25 bucks for 2 meals that were garbage. The drive-thru person was very rude. He question my order and I corrected him and then he refused to serve and take my order. So I went inside and asked to talk to a manager and waited around 10 minutes but didn't get to talk to one so I left. I was able to contact someone the next day about the incident.
