Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I’m not one to really complain about fast food service because I’ve worked in fast food, but man. Husband went there tonight. Ordered two French onion steak burger meals… Only one sandwich, which wasn’t even the correct order. Called, went back, only received one sandwich again. Was told we’d get a coupon in the mail. $30 dollars for what? Thanks for the right drinks though.

Great place for an actual HAMBURGER and the chicken sandwich or hot dogs aren't bad either.

When a complaint happens you never get a response. Still waiting to hear from them and it's been over a month

Very disappointing tonight. Spent $34 and the patty melt was supposed to have no onion, add ketchup mustard.. nope. The double was ketchup only.. they put pickles and mustard. The fountatin dr pepper was out and the root beer float was only half full with a tiny plop of ice cream. Probably won't come back for a loong time.

The cashier was very accommodating to my husband's request and very friendly!
