Flank Steakhouse - Hutchinson

The dining experience was incredible. Everything was flawless. I've noticed some complaints about the prices, but honestly, people are paying an extra $10-$15 for a meal that's only half as good at steakhouses in the city. I was informed that everything is made from scratch. The house cheesecake was the best I've ever tasted!

We had a fantastic dinner tonight at the Side Steakhouse to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were both attentive and professional. The food was outstanding; both the salmon and the Wellington were expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. The semifreddo dessert was incredible. Having lived in the California Bay Area for years, I can confidently say that dining here rivals the fine restaurants there. What a wonderful addition to Hutchinson! Highly recommended!
