I came here for a catch up with a friend after church. Our server was training someone. They were both super friendly and the experienced server was knowledgeable about the menu. Firstly, I wouldn’t say that Carlos is my preferred restaurant. I’m not particularly fond of their food as I find it to be quite bland. We visited with friends who chose the place. That said, the restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and offers friendly, prompt service. Our waitress checked on us several times and was very accommodating. Chips, chips! I have to come here and try her food more! We had a great, friendly service that Guacamole was great, and our entrees were fantastic! In any case, want to come back!
2nd time to eat here while passing through Hutch. I have a gluten allergy and thrilled to find a place with a decent gluten free menu (have gluten allergy) and chips fried in dedicated fryer. Good food and service.
Love going to Carlos, service is good and the drink specials are even better! I really like the Navajo Taco, pictured below. You can get corn or flour chips and there's super hot salsa you can get for your chips. And the queso is fantastic!
