We like to remember the special ambience, the friendly staff and the really delicious food... The price-performance ratio is for what you get, but belongs to the higher price segment. Housed in the hotel old gymnasium, just a few meters from the main square, restaurant eucken is really top notch. in the cellar part of the hotel is the interie... read more Housed in the hotel old gymnasium, just a few meters from the main square, restaurant eucken is really top notch. in the cellar part of the hotel is the interieur and the facility both stylish and warm. romantic is actually the right expression; a perfect one for an evening of fine eating. the kitchen is based on German basic kitchen/dishes, but refines several flats. the menu is short, which is excellent: they know that the cook can concentrate fully on the few dishes. we had a simple tomato soup as starter yes, simple but very tasteful. slowly boiled ochsen shoulder in red wine sauce with salesi purée proved to be a really excellent main course. super delicate and with intense aromas. a good wine list, also available with half bottles. a impeccable service efficient and friendly without fuzzy. prices slightly high (compared to the general price level in husum,) but fair and definitiw worth. highly recommended!
