Unfortunately, the lady accidentally spilled the fries in my lap while delivering them. The atmosphere is not upscale, however it was decent until I visited the restrooms, which appeared to be out of a horror movie and had a foul odor. Rating: Food 2/5, Service 1/5, Atmosphere 1/5.
