What Arthur Alexandre dislikes about Orée Du Parc:
Unbearable waitress who makes the face when you ask him the card and the drinks card. Why doesn't she give them by placing people at the table? We barked after 20 minutes waiting... View all feedback.

Sewn with gold wire. a map worked with elaborate seasonal dishes. cooking is controlled, training is excellent. a cellar provided with a very good value for money. simply the best table in the valley. Shut your eyes!

The charm of the place, an old vaulted wine cellar, the excellent kitchen (all is homemade), an excellent quality ratio.

Excellent address, decoration, refined cuisine, a pleasure of taste buds!!! a palate with a turnip, an entrance of vegetables and fish, fondue potatoes such as poultry, the chocolate pear on its chocolate cake, a cup! conquered by this restaurant

Excellent! From the entrance to the dessert we have feasted. Fineness in the presentation of dishes, beautiful associations and quality products make this address a must in the sector. Service and pleasant reception and very nice atmosphere in the cellar. Thank you.

Whilst staying with our family we came here on a Friday evening. The restaurant in the 200 year caveau (cellar) looked was very atmospheric but totally empty. Two men and a dog plus one couple eventually arrived. As we were nowhere near any of the diners we felt isolated. Our starters cheered us up the scallop ravioli was exceptional. I felt that the food was expensive at €18 for the starters. The €38 menu was a good deal if you were happy with the choices. The house wine was young and thin. I am not sure that we will return. The vaulted natural stone dining room is very special and the subdued lighting atmospheric, if not ideal for reading the menu. Service was good at the start of our meal, but slowed down as the restaurant filled up. I chose the prawn and scallop starter very tasty and nicely presented, followed by kidneys with assorted vegetables O.K., but not exceptional. My wife's foie gras was very good, and her duck was also fine. We drank an undistinguished house wine. The price was fair. There is also an outside dining area, but it is rather close to the main road and can be noisy.

The host at our gite recommended this restaurant;he rang and made a reservation for us.What a pleasant surprise! The decor is superb-the cave and lighting give an intimate ambience. Our lovely waitress was most attentive and informative with regards to the extensive menu.We both chose the 3 course meal-wow,what a delight to the senses. Each plate served was like a work of art, almost too good to eat. However, the flavours and textures of the food were exquisite. We both had a salad with chevre cheese for entree, then I chose a pork fillet with honey glaze, while my husband had fish with an almond crumb. For sweets I had fresh strawberries with sorbet and my partner chose chocolate velour. This is honestly the best meal we have eaten so far in France. The chefs attention to detail, made this evening a most memorable experience-we congratulate and thank him.The cost was a bit more than we usually pay,but well worth the price.
