As someone who frequently visits Starbucks, we found ourselves in need of our morning fix after dropping a friend off for outpatient care at Medical City hospital in North Richland Hills. I called the store and spoke to Keith, who kindly offered to remake the frozen drinks for me as they were starting to melt. Despite it being my fault for the delay, Keith and his staff went above and beyond to help me. They even offered to give me the semi-melted drinks at no extra charge, which I shared with my neighbors. As someone who has worked in retail for over 25 years, I was impressed by the outstanding and extraordinary service provided by Keith and his team. Their kindness and understanding made my bad day much better. I regret not having cash to leave them a tip, but I hope their store manager or district manager recognizes their exceptional service. Thank you to Keith and his staff for making my day brighter. They truly deserve 5 stars for their exceptional service on Saturday, April 23rd.

The staff was friendly and the store was relatively clean, although the bathrooms could use some improvement in terms of facilities and plumbing. The cappuccino we ordered was mediocre at best. Our first order was incorrect, and the remake was only okay, not meeting the standards we are used to at other Starbucks locations. Perhaps the crew had not had their own caffeine fix yet?
The staff at the barista always greets me when I enter the restaurant. I am typically in and out in just 3-5 minutes. My go-to order is typically 3 or 4 shots of espresso over ice with white mocha.
The coffee roasts tend to have a slightly burnt undertaste, in my humble opinion. In addition, the menu prices are somewhat expensive for coffee, teas, desserts and baked goods that seem to be a tad bit above average. The service at this location is acceptable.
