Great customer service!! I ordered two meals and got home and my sprites were like seltzer water. I called to inform them so no one else would get the bad sprite. Manager offered to replace my meals by bringing in my receipt. View all feedback.
Absolutely perfect! From the friendly service and extremely simple menu to the fantastic flavors, this restaurant has truly captured my attention. I happily pass by at least five other places I usually enjoy to get to Raising Cane's, and I have no regrets whatsoever.

Excellent customer service! I ordered two meals and when I got home, I discovered that my Sprite tasted like seltzer water. I called to let them know, so that no one else would receive the bad drink. The manager kindly offered to replace my meals if I brought in my receipt.
Absolutely delicious on every level! The best restaurant around! I really wish there was one closer to Los Angeles!
