How not stop here when the name says if I Guanataco and it being by a target thought it was going to be like a fuzzys but no it’s a real Mexican taco shop with a modern look and lots of salsa. Great tacos! I had the Taco plate with carnitas as the meat. Juicy, tender and flavorful. I will be back. Must try.
The chicken flautas are the best. This is by far the best authentic mexican food.

How could I not stop here with a name like "Guanataco," especially since it’s located next to a Target? I expected it to be similar to Fuzzy's, but it turned out to be a genuine Mexican taco shop with a modern vibe and plenty of salsa options. I tried the alambre, which is a dish of your choice of meat topped with cheese. It’s a fantastic spot for tacos, and the best part is they offer free Wi-Fi!
This place is fantastic! Our whole office went, and everyone absolutely enjoyed it. It has now secured a spot at the top of our go-to lunch destinations.
