This is one of the worst places in all of Teays. The hygiene is questionable, as the staff uses the same hand to handle money and then serves food. The customer service here is among the worst I've ever encountered. The employees were dismissive, rude, and disrespectful toward customers. They even refused service without any valid reason. This tcby is the best. I can’t thank their staff enough. I have been sick and the only thing I’ve wanted is tcby. The staff met my husband after closing just to make sure I was going to get to eat for the day.
This place is great. I’ve used to go all the time when I lived locally the parfaits are great. They also have several good Sundays the strawberry cheese cake and chocolate always hit the spot. I highly recommend trying them out!!
Really going down hill. Poorly lit, many 'rules ' to your order, no gloves, and supply chain issues.
