Which I get that... but it doesn’t take 5 minutes to let someone know they aren’t being ignored. The conversation got heated and it ended with me being told if I don’t like it don’t shop there...

Customer service is not the best either.

Placed order and the woman behind the window told the woman at the buffet about it would be a while. I asked how long and the woman behind the window was very rude and said it would just be a while they were getting lunch out. The bar was full of food and so was the fried section. The woman at the buffet asked again and she said 20 minutes for a salad and burger, they had to get the lunch out first before she could do my order. I told them to cancel my order and left.
