Grilled chicken consistently dry enough to absorb your saliva, unseasoned veggies, etc. A few times they will pull off something worthwhile like ribs but that's not common enough. Had stuffed peppers with some nearly raw ground beef inside. Despite this I was ok eating it occasionally as it's very convenient after the gym upstairs and fairly cheap but recently they've been adding a 33% surcharge to everything that takes a bland meal of questionable value at $5-6 to nearly $8-9. If I'm paying that much it must compete quality wise with a real restaurant and it cannot.
