Henrietta’s Pine Bakery Huntsville

Not the greatest quality of baked goods. The eclaire with whip cream was over $6. It was with custard then maybe I would have ordered it. Everything was very expensive.

A remarkably great bakery. Be prepared for a wait when you come because this place is popular and everyone seems to get at least 17 different things when they are here, with good reason. The baguette was dreamy light as a feather and sturdy at the same time, the perfect foil for an afternoon steak sandwich. The streudels oh dear lord, were they heavenly. Don't choose between the ones with cream cheese and the standard fruit varieties, just get both. The butter tarts. Dear HEAVENS the butter tarts. Were they ever incredible. We have two gorgeous pies awaiting a visit to friends tomorrow and more treats for breakfast tomorrow.This is a destination bakery worth traveling for if you are in the Lake of Bays area. You won't find anything fresher with more variety and more delightful than this one. Just don't be impatient: you and everyone else will need loads of time to pick it all out!Parking: Parking was a bit of pain. People were super lackadaisical in how they parked and it made it difficult to get in and out.

I have been coming to this store back when it was only in Dwight. This is one of the best bakerys in Maskoka. But please don't go I want this all to myself. Too many people know of this place and buy out all my favorite pastries. I don't want to get up so early in the morning on my vacation to get my pastries.Everything is so delicious, especially the moose hooves, you will never be disappointed. Service was slow and disorganized. Pastries were of course amazing. The place would be next-level if they had a proper espresso machine and a nicely poured latte/flat white or cortado.

What amazing service and delicious pastries! The soup was phenomenal and the bread is fantastic. I for sure recommend the sausage roll and pretty much any baked good.
