Harvey's / Swiss Chalet - Huntsville

Gets worse and more disappointing every time we come. You can't actually order out because they just don't make the food ahead and ignore you when you come in to get it on top.We gave it one last chance with a sit in, and the server was lovely but the food is always prepared wrong/poorly. The shredded chicken sandwich had BONES in it. Not acceptable.

I love everything on this menu. Lately been the chicken wing dinner, so perfect!

We were in huntsville for a hockey tournament. some of our teams planned an evening dinner in another restaurant, but could not be booked before p.m. and the children were on the ice all afternoon and had really not eaten since. breakfast morning with snacks. we decided that the reservation was too late when our son starved, so I ordered swiss chalet from the app to pick up about minutes after the last game of our sohnes. when we came to the restaurant, I was just before the pick-up period, they looked it up in a few minutes and we had hot, delicious huh and fry that we enjoyed in our hotel room. swiss chalet always so good for so little it never disappointed I am also glute and milk-free and knows which articles I can order and do not have a reaction so that it was a win/win in my books.

We took our two grandchildren (age to dinner). the hostess warned us that they had only one server and we could expect a little delay. the restaurant was busy. the waitress was a dynamo, very organized and happy despite. the challenge. our order was made within minutes and on our table about minutes later. the young host helped to deliver orders to tables. our meals were as ordered, hot and tasty.

I'm not sure why I'm going back. asked for gravur instead of chalet sauce, nope, asked for ridicule well done, nope. it's like they just don't give a **** anymore, especially when they go through the drivethru. And then they won't get the answer on the phone tired of it, they will visit the manager this time
